We are at the end of the cul-de-sac behind the Clock Tower; there are free parking spaces within the complex.
Dropping off documents for submission?
No appointments are required. We can receive documents from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in person. We also have a locked, document drop box outside our door. You can drop off your documents 24 hours, seven days a week. However, we do prefer if you can submit your documents during business hours so that we can return them to you (if applicable) without further delay.
If you wish to specifically meet with the Registered Migration Agents, please call our office to confirm an appointment time.
