The road was very challenging for the Patchaye family having been invited to apply for PR eleven years ago whilst they still lived in Mauritius however their agent (at the time) passed away and Immigration not contacting the family at the right time caused irreversible damage. Steven then took it upon himself to re-train and obtained a student visa, qualifying as a Retail Manager and being sponsored by the Morris family. The first case officer refused the nomination believing that the company did not require a Manager. We had to prepare very well for the tribunal and we won with flying colours!!!! Fast forward to now, the department has finalised their visa applications lodged nearly four years ago. The sweet, sweet taste of success is amazing!
